    Pre-Worker the dashboard mints and stores tokens locally so you can stage scope and expiry shapes before the OAuth Worker comes online. The cleartext shown at issuance is a real client-side random secret; the Worker rejects any token prefixed `itml_pat_demo_` once it deploys.
