Account profile (demo)

Marketing mirror of /app/account/profile. Shows what a signed-in customer sees: identity, security (passkeys, sessions, recovery codes, security log), notification preferences.

01 · Identity

Your identity on Intramedial

Display name and email address. These show up everywhere you appear in the dashboard — in invitations, audit logs, billing receipts.

Display name

How you appear in workspace member lists, invitations, and audit-log entries.

Email address

Used for sign-in, billing receipts, and security notifications.

Current email

founder@example.com

Two-step change

We require a current-credential check first (passkey assertion if you have one enrolled, otherwise a magic-link in your current inbox), then send a confirmation link to the new address. This matches the compliance posture customers expect — neither step alone is enough to change your email.

02 · Security

Account security

Passkeys, active sessions, recovery codes, and the events that touched your account.

Passkeys

Sign in with Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a security key — no password needed.

  • MacBook (Touch ID)

    Platform

    Added 4/12/2026 · last used 5/21/2026

Authenticator app

Use a time-based code from an app like Google Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy as a second factor.

No authenticator app yet

Add an authenticator app for a second factor that works offline — a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds.

Dashboard lock

Require a PIN to return to your dashboard after a period of inactivity.

Active sessions

Every device + browser currently signed in to your account. Revoke anything you don't recognise.

Every category is on by default. Turn off the ones you don't want emails for.

  • Quota warnings

Receive product news

We'll send a maximum of one email per month, only when there's something genuinely worth your attention. No drip campaigns, no re-engagement series, no nudges.

Display preferences

Locale, timezone, and theme. Applied across the dashboard and the emails we send you.

Cross-region workspace tabs

A workspace whose data region differs from this dashboard's region opens in a new browser tab on its own region's address, so workspace data never routes through the other region. Enable this to open cross-region workspaces as in-place tabs in this browser instead.

Per-browser setting. Default off — recommended for strict EU/US data-residency postures.
